Indianapolis Auto Tours FAQs

Do I need to purchase tickets in advance?
Yes – we currently only accept reservations at least 24 hours ahead of the tour time via the tour order forms on our website.

Do you sell gift certificates for your tours?
Yes! Just fill out the appropriate tour order form and we’ll get you what you need. Our tours are great for birthdays, Christmas, and other special occasions.

What happens in inclement weather or if I need to reschedule?
Once purchased, our tickets are non-refundable. However if you need to re-schedule, all we ask is that you contact us 48 hours ahead of your tour time and we would be happy to reschedule you for a future tour date subject to availability.

Our customers understand that our tours are an outdoor activity. We do conduct our tours rain or shine, but reserve the right to cancel a tour if Mother Nature brings extreme weather conditions that may complicate a tour. Should this occur, we will be happy to reschedule you for an alternate tour date.

Do I tip the guide?
Only if you thought the guide delivered an outstanding performance worth tipping. If so, a tip is always welcomed.
